The Rencontres de Chimie Organique (RCO 2026) will take place on the campus of the University Paris Cité, 4 avenue de l’Observatoire (Paris, France), on May, the 29^th 2026.

This scientific event occurs every year and is the main opportunity for a local gathering of the organic chemist community. On that occasion, 4 plenary lectures will be provided by experts with an international reputation.

The congress official language will be English.

About fifteen oral communications will be selected in various areas such as catalysis, new methods in organic synthesis, total synthesis of natural products, medicinal chemistry, bio-organic chemistry, biological chemistry, supramolecular chemistry as well as applications in material sciences and energy. These will be presented by young PhD students. Two poster sessions will also be organized. Usually, 150 to 200 organic chemists coming from various Ile-de-France universities participate in this event.
